Interested in becoming a partner CMIS/HMIS agency?
Requests to utilize the Nevada CMIS/HMIS should be in written form on a provided application and sent to the HMIS Lead at the proper CoC for review.
Once you complete the application, your local Continuum of Care Lead will be responsible for approving your application.

- Northern Nevada CoC: return completed application to readh@reno.gov
- Rural Nevada/Balance of State CoC: return completed application to kmarschall@socialent.com

Once approved for participation, your local CoC Coordinator will request a signed MOU, available below.

Once you receive notification your Agency has been approved, you may immediately sign up your staff for Training. You may only use the Schedule Training tool once your agency has completed the Application.
