Within the first 3 weeks of our privacy and security training initiative, we have had almost 400 completions! Please make sure that you complete Privacy and Security 2026, linked here. If you have not completed the training by 9/30/26, your account will be deactivated. Please reach out to nevada-admin@bitfocus.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Communities using Inventory can now place a client in an available, occupied, or pending bed overnight without running a full intake workflow — the original occupant's stay automatically picks back up the next day. System Admins can configure drop-in rules at the Site, Building, or Unit level, and nine new access rights give granular control over who can create, edit, or delete drop-in records.
This month's spotlight: [HUDX-111] HUD CSV/XML Program Data Export — updated this month (see Feature Focus above).![]()
This export packages a community's HMIS data into the CSV/XML format required for Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY), VA initiatives (SSVF, GPD, and the VA By-Name List), and Youth Homeless Demonstration Project (YHDP) reporting. It bundles project, client, and enrollment-level data into a single zipped set of CSV files that gets uploaded to the appropriate federal repository (the RHY-HMIS Repository, the VA HMIS Repository "SQUARES," or Sage HMIS for YHDP).
Please watch your emails for upcoming communications about funding sources! As we get ready to usher in Federal reporting season, you will be seeing some data quality emails coming your way, and the first one will be with regard to your active/maybe need-to-be-inactive funding sources.
